RETURN POLICY

 

  • All merchandise must be in its original packaging in resellable condition.
  • All merchandise returns and exchanges, excluding furniture, may be returned within 10 business days from date of invoice.
  • A “Credit Memo” must be issued by our Customer Service Department for an item to be picked up and credited to your account. Pick up will be made within 5 business days.
  • Furniture requiring assembly may not be returned, once it has been assembled.
  • Furniture ordered from the manufacturer may not be cancelled, once the order has been placed.
  • Furniture ordered from the manufacturer may not be returned, for any reason.
  • Special ordered products may not be returned.
  • Televisions or Cameras cannot be returned.
  • Electronic merchandise (not including cameras or televisions) may be returned within 5 business days, from date of invoice.
  • Food and beverage, and pharmaceutical merchandise may not be returned.
  • All claims for damage and shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt
